I have cancelled the order and requested refund.
There is more than a moth and they playing the games not to refund me back. CS is useless, only chat works and the person promises things to be done and nothing happens.There is no way to get real person on the phone as they disconnect you after few minutes.I have contacted accounting and the accounting manager Andrea said and everything is OK, but money still is not on my CC
I have tried to send more emails, but of course no one ansers
They lie and cheat, CS is the worst I have experienced.
